Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Wilmington, DE team. This role offers flexible scheduling and a no-caseload setup, enabling focus on professional growth while delivering high-quality ABA therapy to families in need.

The candidate will work with our supportive team, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide supervision and training to staff and families, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA certification
• At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
• Excellent communication, assessment, and intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ABA therapy to clients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment
• Provide training and support to staff and family members
• Develop and implement behavioral plans and protocols to meet client needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy
