Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group sessions in a supportive team environment.

This position offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) with no caseload, collaborative work with parents and multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or ABA therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and practices, including behavioral assessment and intervention methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional analyses to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Provide ABA therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions, as needed
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including session notes and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and agency policies
