Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a BCBA in Bedford, PA to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. The role includes initial assessments, treatment planning, supervising ABA sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Flexible work arrangements and no caseload are offered to support a balanced schedule. Requirements include a Master's in ABA or related field, BCBA certification or on-track, and 1+ year of experience with children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field required.
• BCBA certification or on-track to obtain certification required.
• 1+ year of experience working with children with autism preferred in ABA setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
• Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, adapting programs to meet individual client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and communication.
• Provide ongoing training and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Document client progress, treatment plans, and billing information accurately and efficiently.
