Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks local BCBAs to join our team in the greater Denver, Colorado Springs, and Boulder areas. We offer full- or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses.

A BCBA certificate is required, and travel between assignments up to 25% is expected. We provide extensive back-office support so BCBAs can focus on delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children and teens with ASD.

Qualifications

Valid BCBA certificate.
Experience working with children/teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Vehicle required for travel between assignments and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
Design treatment plans of care.
Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to individuals.
Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of behavior support plans.
Provide family consultations to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
Graph data, adjust strategies, and provide routine progress summaries.
