Above and Beyond Therapy is actively seeking local BCBAs to join our Maryland team. We provide back office support and mentorship to help you focus on delivering quality ABA care to children with autism across center, home, and school settings.

We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Travel up to 25% may be required as part of client coverage and case management.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries.
