Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is expanding in the Colorado area and is seeking local BCBAs to serve families in the greater Denver, Colorado Springs and Boulder regions.

We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Expect a supportive back office, flexible schedule, and competitive compensation up to $95,000 per year, depending on state and assignments, with additional travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license for travel between assignments.
• Ability/willingness to commute or relocate before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of plans.
• Provide support during family conversations to explain assessment results and recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies, and provide routine progress summaries.
