Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Colorado is seeking licensed BCBAs to join our expanding team across the Denver, Colorado Springs and Boulder areas.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with generous sign-on and relocation bonuses. Our supportive back-office structure lets you focus on delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children and families, with travel as needed to assignments up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children/teens diagnosed with ASD.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and mentor ABA technicians; monitor progress.
• Provide family-focused consultation to explain assessment results and recommendations.
• Collect and graph data; adjust strategies to drive progress; provide progress summaries.
