Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional BCBA professionals to join our team. We offer full-time or part-time positions with generous support from a back office, allowing you to focus on high-quality ABA care for children with autism.

Locations span multiple states, with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Travel up to 25% is required, and a BCBA certificate is mandatory to apply. Join us for a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment that values balance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification required.
• Experience with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
