Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Indiana to join a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff in a fully equipped center.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: work with OTs, SLPs, Psychologists.
• Mentorship & Leadership: supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: complete treatment planning and POC updates during WFH days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: provide training to families for home and clinic consistency.
