Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis required.

• Ability to lead and collaborate with a therapy team.
• Experience with children and settings (clinic/home/school) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavior technicians and oversee client programming.
• Lead training and competency checklists for staff.
• Conduct monthly parent trainings and document progress.
• Collaborate with leadership and therapists to ensure quality services.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans based on FBA.
