Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. in Lancaster, PA seeks Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time and part-time positions across Lancaster County and surrounding areas.

You will conduct behavioral assessments and design evidence-based interventions to support children and families in multiple settings. The Enhanced IBHS Program offers small caseloads, strong supervision, flexible scheduling (evenings), and a path for clinical leadership, with competitive salary ranges and comprehensive

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state license as a Behavior Analyst.
• Experience developing ABA programs for children and adolescents.
• Willingness to travel and provide evening services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employees and organization as a whole.
• Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions’ team members through approved supervision activities.
• Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (CentralReach) and provider-specific sites.
• Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors.
• Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate.
