Job summary

Paragon Behavioral Health, a division of DTAC, is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized, evidence-based behavioral health services to children and families in Lancaster, PA. This in-person, community-based role emphasizes clinical leadership, data-driven interventions, caregiver collaboration, and work across home, school, and community settings.

Candidates must hold BCBA certification and have strong communication and interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents in behavioral health.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide consultation and training to families and caregivers.
• Deliver services in home, school, and community settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to support clinical decisions.
