Job summary

Behavior Interventions Inc. is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for the Enhanced IBHS program in Lancaster County, PA. You will provide targeted ABA services to clients with complex behaviors in a team setting, sharing caseloads of 2–4 clients.

Positions include full-time and part-time options with evenings, travel to diverse settings, and opportunities for clinical leadership and ongoing professional development. Family-centered, trauma-informed care is emphasized.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensed Behavior Specialist.
• Experience developing ABA programs for children/adolescents.
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple settings (home, school, clinic).

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employees and organization as a whole.
• Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of team members through supervision.
• Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct intervention and program development in company software.
• Utilizes behavior-analytic strategies to teach skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Collaborates with program team members, providing feedback, training and coaching.
