NeurAbilities Healthcare in Lancaster, PA seeks a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will assess, plan, and document ABA interventions for clients with ASD, ensuring BACB-aligned records.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
• BCBA license for assigned state(s).
• 1+ years’ BCBA experience with ASD.
• Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST.
• Maintain CEU requirements and BACB credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments including FBAs.
• Write assessment reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Develop and implement ABA programs with data-driven progress monitoring.
• Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents and school staff.
• Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior/ABA Therapists.
