Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA services in Philadelphia County. The role offers full-time and part-time positions with strong clinical support, supervision, and career development opportunities.

Applicants should hold BCBA credentials and state licenses (PA for Behavior Specialist; NJ for LBA). The position involves traveling to client sites and working in homes, schools, and clinics, with a flexible schedule after

Qualifications

BCBA certification.
Experience developing ABA programs for children and adolescents.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to see families in the afternoon/evenings (3–4 times/week).
Willingness to travel to meet with clients in various settings.

Responsibilities

Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred.
Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole.
Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of team members through approved supervision activities.
Maintains written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in practice management software.
