Job summary

Paragon Behavioral Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services to children and families in Lancaster, PA. This in-person role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, and clinical oversight within IBHS standards.

You will lead data-driven care, collaborate with families, and work within a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and LBS required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children or adolescents in behavioral health.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to assess function of behavior.
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide consultation and training to families and caregivers.
• Deliver services in home, school, and community settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collect and analyze behavior data to inform decisions.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical stabilization.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Participate in program development and meetings.
• Ensure IBHS, state, and organizational standards compliance.
