Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• PA LBA licensure is required for PA applicants.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on ABA principles.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to support families and staff.
• Engages in professional development and supervision activities.
• Documents interventions, program development, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Collaborates with the program team to coach and train staff.
