Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA aligned with ESDM for children aged 2–6 in a center setting. You will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA early intervention.
• Preferred background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with training provided.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through guidance and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
