Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design and oversee naturalistic ABA programs for 2- to 6-year-olds in our center-based setting. You’ll collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical staff to develop integrated treatment plans using ESDM principles.

You’ll receive extensive onboarding, ongoing training, multiple growth paths, and a supportive leadership team in a culture built on high expectations, collaboration, and engaging work. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA early intervention required.
• Preferred: background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with training provided.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance, compassionate communication, and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
