Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA for a center-based role focused on delivering high-quality, ES DM-informed ABA for children aged 2–6. You will work within an integrated clinical team including SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical staff.

The position offers a robust onboarding, ongoing training, and multiple pathways for clinical growth, with a hybrid schedule and a strong emphasis on family collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• ABA early intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement naturalistic ABA for children 2–6 in a center.
• Collaborate with SLP/OT/psychology on assessments and plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies and track progress with data.
• Lead families with clear guidance and support their needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
