Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to provide center-based ABA for young children using an ESDM-informed approach. You will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers to ensure high-quality, ethical care. Training, growth paths, and a supportive leadership team back your clinical development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• ABA early intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with training provided.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.

Education
