Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA for a center-based role serving children ages 2-6. You will design naturalistic ABA informed by ESDM and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers.

You will receive deep onboarding, ongoing training, and opportunities for clinical growth across center and regional leadership tracks, with a flexible hybrid schedule and strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• ABA early intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies with provided training.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through guidance and communication.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
