Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida is seeking a BCBA to design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children with autism. You will lead RBTs and caregivers, conduct functional assessments, and support BCBA candidates weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Minimum clinical supervision experience and ability to supervise BCBA trainees.
• Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis therapies and working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
