Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for children with autism. You will design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, oversee RBTs, and conduct functional assessments as part of a clinical team.

The role requires active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and licensure steps if needed; a valid driver’s license and clean background are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure if required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
