Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Chesapeake clinical team. You will design and oversee ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and staff to drive meaningful progress.

Requirements include BCBA certification, a master’s in ABA/related field, at least one year of experience, and familiarity with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and master's degree in ABA or related field.
• At least 1 year designing/implementing ABA programs for autism.
• Hands-on experience with standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA).

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism.
