Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment and intervention planning for children on the autism spectrum. You’ll develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans and supervise RBTs, collaborating closely with families and clinical teammates.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care standards are met.
