Job summary

Able Minds ABA on Maryland's Eastern Shore is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and manage individualized ABA programs for children. This role offers in-person and remote options, a collaborative clinical team, and opportunities for growth.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, monitor data, and ensure ethical practice. A BCBA in good standing and a master’s degree are required, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage personalized ABA treatment programs based on ABA principles.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.
• Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through direct supervision and skills development.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.
• Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.
• Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
