The role requires a Maryland-licensed BCBA with a relevant master's degree and strong data analysis skills. Travel within the area and ongoing professional development are expected in this full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB and Maryland licensure.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and interventions.
• Experience with assessments like VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, ABLLS-R.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify factors behind challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans with goals for reduction and skill acquisition.
• Supervise implementation of ABA treatment and ensure fidelity.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for coordinated care.
• Regularly collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans.
