Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for families in the Eastern Shore. This role offers in-person and remote work with flexible hours, competitive hourly compensation, and supportive supervision to help you grow professionally.

You will conduct assessments, mentor RBTs, collaborate with families and educators, ensure ethical practice, and use data-driven decision making to improve outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
