Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a BCBA for a clinic-based role in Georgia. You will develop evidence-based ABA programming and supervise RBTs to support children with developmental needs, ensuring strong family guidance and collaboration with the treatment team.

You will lead ongoing assessments, discharge planning, and coordinate care with other providers in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The role emphasizes work-life balance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Board-certified BCBA or eligible to sit for BCBA exam within a short timeframe.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges in ABA.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based ABA programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Provide family guidance essential for programming success and maintain team communication.
• Conduct initial intake, ongoing assessments, discharge, and transition planning.
