Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical programs and supervise RBTs in our Georgia practice.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, analyze data, and partner with families to promote meaningful progress for children. We offer flexible scheduling, strong clinical leadership, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
