Job summary

Respect Behavior Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA in Georgia to oversee ABA therapy programs, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and school staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery in person.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, ongoing documentation, and adherence to BACB standards, with opportunities to grow through credentialing support and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, in-person caseload.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments in person.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide in-person supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs.
• Deliver caregiver training and behavior support directly with families.
• Monitor and review data to make real-time treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation per BACB requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and interdisciplinary professionals.
