Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead treatment planning and supervise RBTs, delivering in-home, daycare, and school-based services in Georgia. You will train families and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality care.

This role offers flexible remote or in-person supervision, strong mentorship, CEU access, and comprehensive benefits with competitive hourly pay. Must reside within 50 miles of GA and be BCBA-certified.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills with dedication to helping children with autism.
• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
