Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services across in-home, daycare, and school settings in Georgia and nearby states. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train parents, while collaborating with teams to ensure consistent, ethical care.

The role offers flexible remote or in-person supervision, competitive hourly compensation, and supportive back-office resources to focus on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training.
• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
