Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy in Denton, TX seeks a BCBA to supervise RBTs, design and monitor individualized treatment plans, and lead assessments with a data-driven approach. You’ll work closely with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on shared cases.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification, licensed in TX and in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication.
• Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans.
• Run your own assessments and intakes. Your assessment, your plan, your client.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
