Job summary
Gracent is hiring a BCBA in Lincolnwood, IL to supervise RBTs, co-treat with clinicians, and drive high-quality outcomes for children with autism. You’ll leverage the Care Calculator and data-driven STEP Score to guide decisions and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
The role offers a strong growth path, in-person work, competitive base pay plus a $50 per billable hour bonus above 29/week, and comprehensive benefits including 75% company-paid medical/dental/vision,
Qualifications
- BCBA certification and IL licensure in good standing.
- Clear, proactive clinical communication and judgment.
- Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism.
- Ability to perform essential functions including lifting up to 45 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality
- Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
- Run your own assessments and intakes. Your assessment, your plan, your client
- Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
- Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
