Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy in Naperville, IL is seeking a BCBA to supervise clinical teams and drive evidence-based treatment plans for children with autism. You will co-treat with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals to ensure cohesive care.

You’ll manage case plans, measure progress with data-driven tools, and contribute to program growth through leadership and mentorship of staff. Flexible scheduling and strong support for professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and active IL license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment with clear, proactive communication.
• Commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and intakes; own the plan and client.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Collaborate with families and live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
