• Conduct comprehensive assessments of ASD to evaluate behavior and needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to client needs.
• Continuously monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Educate and support parents/caregivers in applying strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Ensure interventions adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
