Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team in North Carolina. You’ll lead ABA-based assessments, design individualized intervention plans, and supervise a growing group of behavioral technicians, helping children from birth to 21 reach meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA license or candidate within 3 months (sitting for exam welcomed).
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent communication, organization and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in achievements as clients develop positive behaviors and skills.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Assist clients and staff with safe movement during sessions.
