Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality behavioral health services for children and families.

You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor BIPs, collect data, and educate caregivers while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention.
• Ability to review and interpret highly technical information; write technical materials; and speak persuasively to implement actions; analyze situations to define core issues.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
• Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress to evaluate effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track client progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies at home.
• Provide guidance on managing challenging behaviors and enhancing communication and social skills.
• Work with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators to ensure cohesive treatment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide training to staff.
• Perform regular performance reviews and support professional development within the team.
