Job summary

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in our Northeast clinics. Join a clinician-led team focused on evidence-based practice and mentoring.

You will supervise up to 5 RBTs, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, write treatment plans, and collaborate with Clinical Directors to ensure best outcomes. Competitive salary, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB and active state licensure.
• ABA experience in clinical settings with children.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs and manage a caseload of up to 10 clients.
• Write individualized treatment plans and monitor progress in collaboration with clinical leadership.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB/state guidelines.
