Autism Learning Partners seeks a BCBA to lead clinical services in Virginia. The role emphasizes supervising technicians, developing ABA programs, and educating families within a clinician-led environment.

You will work with a large team of BCBAs and receive strong support for clinical autonomy. The position offers a hybrid schedule with home-working options for non-billable tasks, and a competitive starting salary with achievable bonuses.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification is required.
• Active LBA certification in Virginia is required.
• Background check, TB test and pre-employment physical paid by the employer.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meet ALP standards and funding-source best practices for client-facing care and parent consultation.
