Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services within a clinician-led organization. You will deliver direct therapy, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with some remote work for non-billable hours, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a salary range of $82,000–$100,000 plus potential annual bonuses based on performance and geography.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and BACB credentials.
• Background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam are required.
• Immunities to MMR/VZV may be required during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical services with a focus on clients and families.
• Coordinate Direct Supervision and Parent Training within a balanced caseload.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each case.
