Autism Learning Partners (ALP) in Virginia seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a clinician-led organization focused on delivering high-quality ABA services to clients and families. You will work within a supportive leadership structure where every clinical leader above you is a BCBA.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with potential home-based hours for non-billable work, manageable caseloads, and robust benefits.

Formación

• BCBA certification required.
• Active LBA certification in Virginia required.
• Criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical may be required and paid for.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs; provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and pursue ongoing growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration with families and teams.
• Meet ALP standards and funding-source guidelines for client care and parent consultation.
