Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA to join our clinician-led organization in North Carolina. You’ll lead clinical teams, supervise technicians, and drive high-quality ABA services for clients and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification by BACB is required.
• Active LBA NC certification is required in NC.
• Background check, TB test and pre-employment physical paid by ALP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs; provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek ongoing growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration with teams.
• Meet ALP standards and funding-source best practices for client care and parent consultation.
