Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA to join our clinician-led team in North Carolina. This role offers a hybrid schedule with the option to work from home for non-billable hours and a flexible Monday–Friday routine, including no mandatory weekend sessions.

Expect a strong earning potential with a base salary around six figures and a competitive bonus up to $21,600 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as part of the role.
• Active LBA certification in North Carolina.
• Criminal background check, TB test and pre-employment physical exam required and paid for.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meet ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation.
