Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Virginia, with active LBA in the state. Join a clinician-led organization offering flexibility, support, and clinical autonomy to focus on clients and families.

This role features a hybrid schedule with a potential annual salary starting at $85,000, plus attainable bonus up to $21,600. You will supervise BCBAs and technicians, perform FBAs, and lead parent training while advancing in a collaborative

Formación

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Active LBA Certification in Virginia as issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam paid by ALP.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration with families and team.
• Meet ALP standards and funding source best practices for client care and parent consultation.
