Job summary

Amenity ABA Center seeks a BCBA Clinician to lead high-quality ABA services, guide clinical decisions, and mentor junior BCBAs. You will work with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams while pursuing leadership development.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting FBAs, and creating data-driven treatment plans. A strong emphasis on ethics, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth is required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• LBA license and CPR certification are required.
• 1–3 years BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor BIPs to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
