Behavioral & Educational Solutions, PC is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA services for children and adolescents in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

The role requires in-person work in clinic and home settings across DC/MD counties, with regular collaboration among families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams. You will supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs, develop and oversee treatment plans, and ensure documentation and authorizations are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Maryland LBA licensure or eligible.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Experience with ASD and behavioral interventions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Create and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Analyze clinical data and modify programs as needed.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Conduct caregiver coaching and parent training.
• Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and reauthorizations.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers.
• Maintain compliance with BACB, state, and payer requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
