Job summary

ABA Pathways, LLC is seeking a compassionate, adaptable BCBA to deliver high-quality, person-centered ABA services. The clinician will work independently yet collaborate with BCBAs, families, educators, and other professionals to support client independence and community participation.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing evidence-based plans, providing direct services, and mentoring clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Must be licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Minimum two years of ABA experience.
• Ability to mentor and support clinical team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with high clinical standards.
• Proficiency with technology and remote work capability.
• Current TB clearance and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs (Functional Behavior Assessments).
• Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA intervention plans.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with clients.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed.
• Deliver ongoing training and coaching to families and team.
• Monitor treatment fidelity per standards of excellence.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Assist in program development and quality improvement.
• Foster relationships with families, partners, and referrers.
